The Silver Spikes refund policy is that of a transfer nature (time constraints listed below). Silver Spikes will permit the transfer of your payment, in part, to another Silver Spikes event that may be used during the current clinic schedule or during the following year of scheduled clinics. Individuals submitting registration for an event through ABC or CBC who withdraw from a clinic will receive the same benefits as described below less associated fees with ABC and/or CBC of 20%/event. Below is a set of standards with regards to when cancellations take place and the amount of payment that may be transferred at your request:

In order to qualify for the transfer value, you must submit an email to admin@silverspikes.com with "Canceled Clinic for NAME OF PLAYER at LOCATION OF EVENT" in the subject line no later than 7 days after the start of the clinic. No transfer value requests will be accepted after 7 days, no exceptions. You do not have to have your event scheduled for which your transfer value will be put towards but the request must be received within the 7 day time frame.
A $50 one time fee can be paid (at the time of registration) as "insurance" in the event that personal circumstances prevent you from attending a scheduled event. This will permit you to receive 100% of the value of a clinic as a "refund" or you may use 100% of the clinic value and transfer the payment to any other event schedule for the current or following year.
*In the event that an event is canceled by Silver Spikes, for any reason, a full refund will be issued for the total cost of the clinic. Unforeseen circumstances including low attendance may lead to cancellation but rest assured you will receive a full refund of the cost of the clinic IF Silver Spikes has to cancel an event. It is understood by all participants that Silver Spikes can not be held liable for other costs incurred if an event is canceled. Silver Spikes will make sure all registrants are notified if cancellation has or will take place in order to help prevent other costs from being incurred. Thanks.
